Her years of training and experience allow her to quickly resolve difficult issues with clients, closings and title matters. Ellen is a “people person” who enjoys spending time with her family, at concerts and the theater, and dining out. Paralegal - Olivia Warden

Olivia has worked at Corporate Title, Inc. for several years and provides title policy and recording support to the Company. She performs compliance checks on all administrative work, prepares closing documents for attorney review, records and files closing documents and is a crucial liaison between Company departments. Olivia loves spending time with her dogs and cats, working out and watching horror movies. Her work motto is to always learn and work to improve her knowledge and work skills.

Closing Processor - Debra Mummaw

Debra has worked with Corporate Title for 5 years and has 19 years of closing/title experience. Debra’s duties include ordering title work, association approvals, title commitments and surveys, assisting with obtaining requisite insurance, communicating with the lender and mortgage broker, issuing and sending the title insurance policy to both the buyer and lender, issuing the title commitment, assembling the loan closing package, handling the closing, disbursing closing funds, preparing and recording documents, and preparing the settlement statement and other closing documents. Debra enjoys collecting unicorns, horseback riding, working puzzles and traveling.

Head Title Examiner -Steve Mackey, Esq.

Stephen Mackey graduated from Valparaiso University, received his M.B.A. from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Stetson University.  He has been licensed to practice law in both Florida and Pennsylvania for over 30 years.  He served as an underwriting attorney for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Florida’s largest title insurance underwriter.  As a licensed instructor by the Florida Department of Insurance, he regularly lectures on all aspects of title as well as foreclosure, trusts and surveys.  He served as counsel for a national institutional lender, and has operated a title agency in private practice.  Mr. Mackey concentrates his practice on real property law, both residential and commercial.

Stacey is a long-time veteran in the closing agency business and has worked with Corporate Title for 5 years. Stacey’s duties include ordering title work, association approvals, title commitments and surveys, assisting with obtaining requisite insurance, communicating with the lender and mortgage broker, issuing and sending the title insurance policy to both the buyer and lender, issuing the title commitment, assembling the loan closing package, handling the closing, disbursing closing funds, preparing and recording documents, and preparing the settlement statement and other closing documents. Stacey is a long-time New York City resident and enjoys reading, movies, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

Legal Counsel - Jill B. Gordon, Esq.

Jill graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School in 1995 and has been practicing law for over 27 years. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jill is an expert in residential and commercial real estate law which includes closings, title insurance, purchase and sale contracts, short sale negotiations, loan modifications, landlord/tenant disputes, evictions, leases and contract disputes.
